1. When I request a proof, how long should it take to hear back?

When you request a proof, we try to create your proof and reply same day or sometimes next day. If the design request is complicated or we are particularly busy, on rare occasions it may take a few days.

2. Can I add a logo, or other images to my design?

Yes, we will include whatever images and logo's you would like into your design.

3. Can I send you a file of my own design?

You sure can. In fact, if you supply a print ready file, we will take $10 off the price of our already low prices. We also take $10 off the price every time you reorder a previous design with no design changes. Although we love to design - when we don't have to do any design work, it saves us time, and you money.

4. Are there any hidden fees, design fees, setup fees?

No, there are no hidden prices, setup or design fees. We try to keep our prices as transparent as possible. The only normal variation in pricing is the shipping may vary to certain remote locations and taxes are additional.

5. Are there limits to the free design work that you provide?

Yes, there are certain design requests that could be excessive. We do not create free "logos" for people in their designs - we will include a logo if someone sends us the artwork of their logo, but we do not create logos for free. When you send us your request, if the design expectations are too high, we will tell you up front that your design request is beyond what is reasonable. However, it is very rare that a design request is unreasonable. In general, we love to design, and we enjoy challenges. It is what we do!

6. After my design is approved, how long does printing and shipping take?

In general, printing is typically 3 - 5 days for most products and shipping is another 1 - 2 days. A few products, however have longer print and shipping times. Often shipping and printing can be rushed but additional charges will apply.

7. What countries do you ship to?

We have relationships with printing companies in both Canada and the USA and so ship to most locations in Canada and the United States. We can ship to many other countries but additional shipping charges would apply.
